Folly...............by definition - A name given to any costly structure considered to
have shown folly in the builder.
"When I first came to England and saw my first folly in the Cotswolds I could not
believe that someone would spend so much time and money on a tower that soared several
stories and was completely empty on the inside. Like Ann Robinson might ask "What are
