Windsor is dominated by the Castle       
The town is really are built around the Castle           [CB]
The name of the main department store caught the eye... [CB] The Harte & Garter to the right is the entrance to the station [CB]
...and  Joe Sprys would like this shop. [JB] .. but when I returned in December 2008 it was a Thai Restaurant!

Which is where Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall.. ....were married      [CB]

Windsor Central was the station where royal and other important visitors would arrive. When Windsor was  an "Underground Station" Maybe Queen Victoria posted letters in her own box!
"The Queen"  The Great Western Railway Prince Class 2-2-2 broad gauge steam locomotives for passenger train work. This class was introduced into service between August 1846 and March 1847, and withdrawn between January and September 1870. RH Photo [KS]
