I first visited Potter Heigham on July 24 , 2005 and spent 30+ mins driving around but could not find the building. I returned on September 6, 2018 armed with the info below.

Jan Tarrant provided more info in the form of reference to "Timpson's England" by John Timpson (upon the cover of which is a photo of the building) it stands " a few hundred yards downstream from the bridge, among more mundane bungalows that line the bank"

According to the BBC site, the building is "The Dutch Tutch" and it's downstream of Potter Heigham bridge because it was too big to go under the bridge.
