Lilliput Lane's "Micklegate Antiques" is a relatively early
model, introduced in February 1991 (retired Sept 1997)
It was based on the many jewellery,
antique and curio shops in York.

At first sight this may not seem to be
the building but the Frith photo of
Hemmen's Shop taken in 1909 shows some similarities though not bowed
windows.
