A view of the cottage in February 2003 By the summer we had replaced windows, and facias and painted the conservatory At least here we have parking space Martyn came one day and added a lych gate, hidden bin area, replaced a fence and pebbled one bed. Painting the conservatory roof required ingenuity.... ......but it was worth it The new entrance gate.....lych style as in a church Entrance door Whilst the garden is at the front, it still provides seclusion   The Rainbow Rose garden under construction Swan Lane with cottage driveway on right by road sign. Unfortunately the wall on the left (Equine Hospital) has just been demolished as it was unsafe You can see the back of the White Horse pub next to our parking area. Black You can see my driveway behind the White Horse   Old picture (Sept 9, 1908) when current Gable Cottage entrance was actually the back of the property [note the fence].
