"Run to the Beat" 2010

On Sunday September 26, 2010 I went to the O2 to support Martyn & Fiona (and friends) taking part in "Run to the Beat" -- a half Marathon around Greenwich. M&F were raising money for Royal Brompton hospital
Before................... ...............and After
Fiona seemed fresh...... ... but it was Martyn's first long run
Testing the medals were real (or chocolate)
Music was provided round the course Fiona's parents, Brian & Lynn, were there to support
The top 3 Elite men ........ ...... and the fastest woman
