I've been to a couple of
shows at the Regent Theatre in Ipswich. It was a cinema and still has
the feel of a single screen cinema with a balcony |
|
On Sept 25th, 2007 I saw the
touring version of "I'm Sorry I Haven't A clue" shortly before the
death of Chairman, Humphrey
Littleton. Then I saw it again on December 13, 2010 this time
chaired by Jack Dee. |
On November 23, 2008 it was
"Sensational Sixties" with The Dreamers, Marmalade & The Tremeloes |
|
|
"The
Dreamers" (who lost lead singer Freddie Garrity on May 19, 2006) |

|
"Marmalade"
who had headlined the VC's Ball at Reading University in June 1968 when
"Lovin' Things" was at no# 1 |

"What do you call a guy who
hangs around with musicians?" "A drummer" {attributed to Phil
Collins!}
