Lilliput Lane's "Pixie House, Boscastle"
is based on
Harbour Light Tea Room,
The Harbour,
PL35 0HD.
The 300 year old famous for its crooked roof is reputedly the
most photographed building in Boscastle.
On
16 August 2004 the Pixie House took the full brunt of the floods
and was completely destroyed. Within 2 years however it was
returned to its former glory.
The
model is of the original building destroyed in the floods. There are photos of
that and the current building that replaced it.
