Paralympic Marathon


I watched the Paralympic Marathon from the balcony of the Riverside Room in Savoy Place, the HQ of my professional institute, The Institute of Engineering and Technology. Not only was the view great, but they served coffee and pastries. Slightly more comfortable than the long wait I'd had for the start of the Olympic Marathon a few weeks earlier. I left to watch Martyn in a Biathlon in Richmond and then returned to Stratford for the Paralympics Closing Ceremony
