On May 26, 2001 we were staying in Essex and visited

|
Blake Hall, near Ongar where there was a Craft Fair. |

We then went to Greensted which has the World's oldest
wooden Curch and Europe's oldest wooden building (which implies the world's oldest wooden
building is not a church and is outside Europe -- any guesses?) I have acquired a lovely
Lilliput Lane model of this church. We seem to take everyone to this church because it is
just so old and tiny and pretty. |
