The best known place in Kelvedon Hatch is the "Secret Nuclear Bunker" On May 13, 2012 I visited the area to see my son, Martyn, and my cousins, Michael & Ian, participate in "Lactic Rush" a 7 mile obstacle course, organised by Adventure Race Essex Martyn was a member of the Chelmsford Boot Camp squad Fiona unable to participate!
