Newmarket's Palace Stables are the oldest horse racing stables in the world having been started by Charles II in the late C17
they were open for Heritage Day Sept 9, 2006 Unfortuantely they are in need of renovation
The courtyard... ...with a fountain no longer in use
Sufolk Punch horses which were puling rides (see above) The world's oldest dung heap!
