Ian has been on several action holidays:


Here seen in SCUBA gear	...and photos of his December 2005 holiday in Tobago

In Zimbabwe he did white water rafting and bungee jumping from the bridge at Victoria Falls



What goes down must come up again!

Ian took the cycling leg of the "Jordan Traithlon Team" in 2007	But in 2008 he took part in the swim .....

....still did the cycling ........	... but added the run .... to a complete Triathlon

He then competed in the 2009 London Marathon

He took part in Benfleet's "JOGLE" John O'Groats to Lands End 2010	and the 2011 London Triathlon
